This is a remote-controlled substation device used for the time-limited forwarding method that enables the separation and reduction of power outage sections during distribution line accidents, as well as the transmission of power to healthy outage sections.

In general, high-voltage distribution lines are equipped with multiple high-voltage automatic sectionalizers (hereinafter referred to as sectionalizers) along the route, and a time-delayed transfer method is adopted to enable the separation and reduction of outage sections during distribution line accidents and to allow power transmission to healthy outage sections. This device is a remote-controlled substation device used in combination with these sectionalizers.
